One very good way to ensure that you stand with good posture is to put one arm behind your back, and hold your other arm at the elbow across the bottom of your back. Have the correct posture when riding. Leaning forward and down too much to reach the controls this will cause hunching and lead to back strain. This will loosen up your shoulders and stretch your upper back. Maintain this stance for about 30 seconds.
